History of Wesley Football Club

Old Wesley Amateur Football Club (1966 - 1989)The Old Wesley Amateur Football club was founded in 1966 by Arthur Marshall, Stuart Joint and Roger Burrows. The Club commenced in 'D' Grade of that year and went on to win the premiership. Arthur Marshal coached the team whilst also performing the duties of president of the club. 1967

| 1982 | | 'A' Grade and 'C' Colts finish in the four. Unfortunately both sides lost in first Semi-Final: 'A' Grade to eventual premiers Old Scotch. Ken Duffy named Vice Captain of State side. Andrew Bockman wins 'A' Colts competition Fairest and Best. Club moves to Civic Centre Bowling Club for social events.
