Presidents Report
With the 2009 season well underway the club is pleased to once again field 4 senior teams and 2 colts.  With last season showing 4 of 6 teams make the finals (only the 2s and 3s missed out) and an influx of colts from the last two seasons the clubs depth looks better than ever.

After four rounds of football the league are sitting in the top 3 with 3 wins and 1 loss (against North Beach at Charles Riley), they have played some spirited football but for the most part have been well under par as far as the talent in the squad goes, we can only look forward to them playing better football in the coming weeks and improving on their preliminary final appearance last year.

The colts this year have been reduced in numbers on last season and this presents itself as the major challenge for the club in the coming weeks, as can be seen on the track this season, the depth has been improved dramatically with the injection of quality players through the grades from the colts. (2s are 2 and 2, 3s are 3 and 1, 4s are 2 and 2)

Once again the club had some difficulty in filling coaching and volunteer positions through the grades, if anyone is keen to help out in any capacity let me know and we can discuss the options.

Hope to see you all at the bar in the coming weeks to help celebrate more tigers wins.
