Match Report - E Reserves v Hammersley Carine 13/6
The 4's ran on to Carine Reserve sporting the yellow jumpers (some better than others with Seb not only strapping his shoulder but also the jumper for fit!) and encountered an undermanned but determined Hamersley side. The Tigers were slow to start and although never really hitting their straps all day managed to stay in control of the game. A late change left only three on the bench and the lack of a recognised ruckmen meant some structural changes, but the boys led by another dominant performance from Dave Turner managed to hold out the plucky opposition to record a narrow win and retain their place in the five. Best players were Dave Turner, stand in ruckman Cameron Blake who battled hard all day virtually single handedly and classy midfielder Josh Parsons.
